The World Travel Awards (WTA), the prestigious event that chooses the best tourist destinations in the world, has recently revealed which were the South American countries awarded in this regional edition.

In the prelude to the ‘Oscar of tourism’, he highlighted the case of Argentina, which was recognized as the “South America’s leading destination“.

The results follow a year-long search for the world’s top travel, tourism and hospitality brands. Votes were cast by travel industry professionals and the public, with the nominee gaining the most votes in a category named as the winner.
