Soledad Nardelli, chef de L’Avenir appointed by the International Academy of Gastronomy in Paris, and who has a notable background, selected among the top 50 in Latin America, is the head of the Restaurant Club Tapiz that remains open all year round. The menu boasts exquisite dishes prepared with local produce and others from the vegetable garden. The chef offers a season menu, simple and fresh, but also sophisticated and tasty. She uses the produce obtained from the winery´s estate and from the Club´s vegetable garden. Whether you go for the set menu or a steps menu, your choice will be paired with their own wines and wines from the best Argentine wineries.

The seven exclusive bedrooms at Club Tapiz, are joined by four extra ones located a few meters away at Casa Zolo. It is an ancient historic estate and residence that was owned by the Governor of Mendoza. For a full unwinding experience, Club Tapiz has a Spa with massage room where you can indulge in different therapies, sauna, Scottish shower, hot-tub and relaxation room with a view of the mountain.
